Segmentation by language, based on the Shopify locale (to avoid having non FR speaking seeing the survey which is in French) and to be able to offer the survey in the customer's language.
The ability to exclude existing customers who have already completed the existing-customer survey, so it doesn’t continue to show for them every time.
