Hey, is there a way to add the Conversion Rate (not Google Analytics), but from Shopify into the Summary page?

Want to be able to exclude $0 orders for COGs

The customer would like to see Shopify Net Sales pulled in as a metric on the Summary page.

Both 'Customers' and 'Orders'

In the Sales by segment section, we'd like to see the # of Orders per tag that we display, rather than just the $Sales amount

The customer wants to be able to break down and remove different line items from orders.

Our wholesale customers are tagged on their customer profiles. Their orders are not tagged. I understand we can update the orders to have those tags but this would be a lot of work. Is there any chance TW might update this feature (Shopify Segmentation) to also be able to query the order's customer tags?

Phone, in-person, or mail orders are a big part of our business, and the Shopify data on Triple Whale is missing those pieces. Let's get it on there!

We get a lot of orders that are flagged as high risk of fraud, and in circumstances like that the payment is only authorized instead of captured. We’d like to exclude all orders which are not ‘paid’ from the figures. This is an optin in Lifetimely (which we currently use) and was also an option in OrderMetrics which is a system we used before that. Can we do that in Triple Whale?

Customer has 2 different payment fees nested under the Shopify Payments umbrella. Those two other payment methods have different fees, but TW is collecting all those orders and charging the Shopify Payments standard fee, which is incorrect.
